Lemod Patient Management app for iPhone and iPad

Lemod is a Patient Relations Management (PRM) application. We provide practices with the tools to analyze their patient population with the objective of improving practice revenue through return and referral business.

For the patient: Lemod frames the cosmetic surgery experience as a journey. We provide a HIPAA-compliant mobile and web app to collect the important elements of a patients procedure: photos, surgeon, instructions, etc. Patients receive pre- & post-surgical reminders to prepare for their procedure and to help get them excited about their new body. Lemod is at its core a loyalty rewards app, allowing patients to earn loyalty points by referring friends and purchasing procedures.

For the practice: Lemod is an analytics tool that allows a surgeon to determine which marketing efforts result in increased return and referral business. We rank patients using their Net Promoter Score and categorize patients based on Patient Lifetime Value (PLV) and Patient Referral Value (PRV). This allows practices to target their marketing efforts, as opposed to using a one size fits all​ approach. Lemod allows practices to identify, engage, and reward VIPs, while reducing wasted efforts on patients who are less likely to return.
